Roasted Garlic

Roasted Garlic is quick and easy to make, and adds incredible depth and richness to recipes. Follow along for how to recreate at home!

  1. Slice the top off of a whole bulb of garlic, and place on a large piece of tinfoil.

  2. Drizzle the garlic bulb with canola oil, and then tightly wrap up the foil.

  3. Place in the oven and bake at 425°F for ~45 minutes, until garlic cloves are caramelized and soft, and can be easily squeezed out of their papery outer layer.
