All potatoes are grown on our farm in Innerkip ON. Available in 10 lb and 50 lb bags.

White Potatoes: These potatoes have a medium starch level making them a great all-purpose potato. You can use these for mashed potatoes and they will also hold their shape in soups and stews.

Red Potatoes: These are a waxier potato and are great in potato salads, soups, and gratins.

You can store your potatoes in a cool dark place. Be sure to keep them away from any light or moisture and they will store for months.
