This jerky will win over even non-jerky fans. Made from our own herd of Black Angus cows, it is extremely flavourful with the perfect balance of salty and sweet. With ~10g of protein per portion, this is a perfect road trip snack or to add to your picnics. Highly recommend ordering at least two packages. Once you try this jerky, you’ll want to keep on snacking.
At Thames River Melons we raise a small herd of Black Angus Beef. These cattle are grass-fed and corn-finished with surplus sweet corn as much as possible. There are about 45 cattle in the herd and we never use any hormones.
