Our Melon Blossom Honey has a unique and beautiful flavour, thanks to the primarily melon-blossom nectar that our honeybees gather while pollinating across our farm.
NEW Caramelized Melon Blossom Honey! This is our original honey, with its signature rich flavour, caramelized slowly over several months to produce the finest earthy, toffee, molasses-like notes. This elevated version offers strong, rich flavours that are perfect for honey lovers.
