BLACK ANGUS BEEF
A small herd of Black Angus Beef are raised here on our farm. These cattle are grass-fed and corn-finished with surplus sweet corn as much as possible. There are about 45 cattle in the herd. You can come visit the farm and walk on our cattle trail to get a better idea of the life they are living on our farm.
Black Angus Beef are known for its marbling and rich flavour. You can taste the difference in quality whether you’re grilling up a steak or slow cooking a roast. By purchasing beef from our family-owned farm, you can feel connected in knowing where your meat is coming from and how it’s being raised.
Every month we restock our freezer with freshly butchered cuts. You can enjoy steaks, burgers, ground beef, sausages, roasts, soup bones, and organ meats.
You’ll find our Black Angus Beef stocked at our Farm Shop and available for delivery. You can choose to order individual cuts or commit to eating local beef with a monthly Black Angus Beef subscription.

You can choose from 3 sizes of beef boxes (small, regular, and large) to be delivered once a month directly to your door. The beef boxes will be filled with a variety of cuts from our herd of Black Angus Beef.
The delivery season is May to mid-November. You will always receive ground beef and burgers, plus new steak cuts or roasts every month. From February - April, you can subscribe annually, this is a one-time payment saving you 10% on the subscription.
With the annual subscription, you will receive a beef box delivery once per month for a total of 7 months. You can also choose to subscribe monthly, which offers more flexibility. Your monthly subscription will renew automatically unless you’ve decided to pause or cancel.

Absolutely!
You can take a look here to see all Black Angus Beef cuts available. Ranging from rib steaks to rump roasts, you have the option of purchasing a specific cut to be delivered directly to you.
We butcher 2-3 cows per month and are continuing to restock our online farm store with fresh cuts. All beef will arrive frozen for easy storage. We recommend leaving a cooler out on your delivery date.

We do not use any form of hormones.

So far we have been fortunate to have a very healthy herd, and no antibiotics have been required.
Should an animal become ill we would use them as directed by our veterinarian, but again none have been required thus far. Otherwise, all cows are vaccinated against respiratory disease.
