BLACK ANGUS BEEF

A small herd of Black Angus Beef are raised here on our farm. These cattle are grass-fed and corn-finished with surplus sweet corn as much as possible. There are about 45 cattle in the herd. You can come visit the farm and walk on our cattle trail to get a better idea of the life they are living on our farm.

Black Angus Beef is known for its marbling and rich flavour. You can taste the difference in quality whether you’re grilling up a steak or slow cooking a roast. By purchasing beef from our family-owned farm, you can feel connected to your food, knowing where your meat is coming from and how it’s being raised.

Every month we restock our freezer with freshly butchered cuts. You can enjoy steaks, burgers, ground beef, sausages, roasts, soup bones, and organ meats.

You’ll find our Black Angus Beef stocked at our Farm Shop and available for delivery. You can choose to order individual cuts or commit to eating local beef with a monthly Black Angus Beef subscription.
