Brisket is from the chest area on our Black Angus beef. This muscle holds about 60% of the animal's body weight meaning it’s full of collagen and connective tissue, which is delicious when cooked low and slow.
Try an oven-baked brisket cooked at a low temp (we’re talking 275F) for approximately 1 hour/pound. This will result in incredibly tender and flavourful meat.
