Every box contains a selection of our most popular cuts. You’ll receive a variety of ground beef, burgers, steaks, and roasts. All beef is from our herd of Black Angus Beef cows that are raised right here on our farm. The herd is grass-fed and corn-finished with mostly surplus sweet corn creating deliciously local cuts of meat.

Beef Box will contain:

• 2 x 1 lb. packages lean ground beef

• 1 x 1.5 lb package burgers (4 x 6oz patties)

• ~4 steaks

• ~2 roasts

• Total ~12 lbs beef
