Chocolate Fruit Skewers

August 20, 2022 Alex Chesney
Fresh fruit including locally grown and organic fruits coated in chocolate.

*Makes 6 medium-sized skewers.

Ingredients

3 cups of fruit — we used seedless watermelon, muskmelon, and blueberries! You could also use strawberries, raspberries, etc. depending on the season.

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Assemble the fruit onto skewers in any order you wish!

  2. Microwave the chocolate chips for about 45 seconds, until melted.

  3. Drizzle the chocolate over the fruit skewers.

  4. Enjoy!
